Mirabelle Apartment/ 150 m² Sleeps: 6/7 (+cot if required)
Number of Bedrooms: 2 (+comfortable sofa-bed in living
room)
Mirabelle is our 1st floor
apartment and is named after the Mirabelle plum trees that grow in the garden
and the fruit which produces many bottles of our glorious 'eau de vie' fruit
brandy each year.
Situated on the 1st floor of the manoir, Mirabelle
has its own private entrance and is completely self-contained; please note that
access to Mirabelle is via a small original staircase which is a little steep.
Mirabelle provides light, airy, spacious accommodation which is suitable for
everyone from families with young children and babies to couples or groups of
friends. Many of our guests choose Mirabelle because of its location within the
Manoir and to enjoy the extra space for larger parties.

Master Bedroom
Large generous room overlooking the rear garden and the church to side
of the property. Double size four poster bed in white stained French oak with
matching side tables is the central feature of the room. Antique dressing table
and occasional furniture. Built in shelving houses hanging space and additional
storage, wide screen TV with English satellite channels and DVD player with 5.1
surround sound, over 300 DVD's are available for nightly rental. Full size
travel cot (can be relocated anywhere in the apartment). Bed linen and towels
are provided (small charge per person per stay - please see our
tariff) .
Living/Dining Room
Comfortable living and dining area with large
dining table and chairs for up to 6 people, antique 2 seater sofa, large 3
seater sofa (bed), coffee table, armoire, portable TV/DVD with French channels,
telephone for cheap local and international calls (billed at the end of your
stay) and direct communication to us in the Manoir at any time. ipod docking

Bathroom
Large family
bathroom with double wash hand basins, toilet, roll top bath, large separate
shower cubical with overhead rain shower, bidet. We provide toilet rolls, a
nappy changing mat and nappy disposal bags. Complimentary French soap for each
guest are provided.
2nd Bedroom
Spacious bedroom with twin
single beds, dressing table and chest of drawers. Bed linen and towels are
provided (small charge per person per stay - please see our
tariff) .
Kitchenette
Compact, fully equipped kitchenette with front
loading washing machine, combination microwave/oven/grill, 2 ring electric hob
and fridge with freezer compartment. We also provide cutlery, china and
glassware for 6 people, children's cutlery, cups and plates, cookware,
saucepans, kettle and cafetiere. We also provide, English tea, instant coffee,
sugar and a selection of fruit and herbal teas, condiments and olive oil,
washing up liquid and washing powder and cleaning products.
Corridor
Linking corridor with cupboard housing additional
hanging space and storage, toys and games. Many of our guests find this a
useful quiet space for positioning the cot or for an addition folding bed for
an extra guest. The apartment has stained French oak floor throughout.
For Families
For families with babies a cot and high chair
are provided but please bring your own cot bedding. See our

for more information on our facilities for families.

their holiday to the fullest extent so all the above items are included in the

Why is
there a booking charge?
Additional charges - we make a small charge (at
cost) per guest per stay (not per night) for
housekeeping, bed linen & towels services of 9.75€
(excludes cots).
