Each year in October we
pick all the apples from our trees in the orchard. To ensure the best
possible quality the juice is produced within a couple of days of the apples
being picked |

| All the apples are taken
to the local pressoir where the apples are crushed and the juice extracted and
pasturised. It is then bottled and sealed ready for us to bring back for our
guests to enjoy. |

We produce approximately
200 to 300 bottles of apple juice each year and because we use a mixture of
different varieties of apples, the end result is a delicate, non acidic, well
balanced juice
Our apple juice is on sale in our reception area and
available ready chilled. We hope you enjoy it. |
