Personal Service - We pride ourselves on
offering more than just first class accommodation here at the Manoir de
Maffrécourt; we aim to provide a personal service that many other gite
owners or hotels do not provide from helping you with your bags to hosting
personalised Champagne tasting evenings. Think of us as a comfortable informal
hotel but your accommodation is an entire apartment!
On Hand 24/7
- Because the Manoir is also our home, we are on hand 24 hours a day to help
you get the very best out of your stay in the Champagne area. Places to visit,
the best restaurants, advice on local services and customs, tips on how to tour
the Champagne cellars and how to get the best out of a day at Disneyland are
just some of the things we can assist you with during your stay.
Attention to Detail - We take great pride in the accommodation
we provide for our guests. Our gites are thoroughly cleaned as soon as they are
vacated and freshened again just before your arrival and our bed linen and
towels are freshly laundered. If your holiday is longer than 7 nights your gite
will be cleaned and bed linen and towels changed at an appropriate time half
way through your stay. Extra bedding and towels are always available if
required. If you stay during the winter months, your gite will be warm and
illuminated when you arrive.
Local Knowledge - We have now had
over four years of welcoming visitors from all over the world to the Manoir so
we know the things many of our guests like to see and do while they are here.
We enjoy sharing our knowledge of the region and maybe able to suggest places
to visit which you may otherwise have missed
Fully Equipped -
Our objective is to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay as
enjoyable and carefree as possible so when you arrive you will find your gite
fully equipped with all the essentials and plenty of extras which you would not
find in many other gite style accommodation or hotels from English tea to high
speed internet Wi-Fi connectivity. We provide you with a "VOIP" Internet
telephone to call us at any time, to call between the apartments, to receive
calls from friends and family while you're away and to make huge savings,
typically around 60% on all direct dial calls to any country.
We
Understand Families - . As parents ourselves we understand the needs of
families so both our gites come complete with a cot, high chair, changing mat,
books and toys and many other baby items and, unlike many of our competitors,
at no extra charge to you.

Reception & Concierge
Services
All the following services are available from our newly
refurbished
reception area at any time during your stay.

yourself to Champagne, wine, local bottled beer,
home made
apple juice, mineral water, Coca-Cola and Haagen Dazs ice cream from the
fridges and freezer.
* Keep track of your purchases on your tick
sheet and pay at the end of your stay.
* We accept cash and credit
cards for your purchases.

evening meal and
breakfast orders.
* Speak to us about places to visit and things
to do or anything regarding your stay or your apartment.

Home
from Home - When you stay at the Manoir, our home is your home so you can
feel comfortable and relaxed to enjoy your holiday to the full. No restricted
areas and 5 acres of gardens means the children can run around, have fun and
make a noise because there is plenty of space for everyone!
We are
less expensive than staying in a Hotel room! - The cost of a comparable, en
suite hotel room for 2 people is around 150€ per night or 75€ per
person per night. Our luxury Gite Cerise sleeping up to 4 people is from only
105€ per night or just 26€ per person per night (4 sharing) but comes
with the freedom and flexibility of your own luxury, self contained apartment.
Both our gites have satellite TV, DVD and 5.1 Dolby surround sound.
We Really Care - Providing first class accommodation for our
guests is a full time job for us so we care passionately that we maintain the
high standards that everyone has come to expect from us. We really do care that
you have a great holiday because we want you to go home and tell all your
friends about us therefore we will do everything we can to make sure this will
be one of the best holiday's you have every had.
