Why is there a booking
charge?
As you may be aware when trying to book a gite and self
catering accommodation direct with the owners it is normal to have to complete
an on-line form or make a request based on information displayed on an on-line
calendar, but, still requiring a response from the owner as their system isn't
usually "live".
For five years we have been using a state of the art,
live, real time, to the second booking calendar and booking management system
provided by Rentalsystems.com who also run their own holidays sites and are
owned by Teletext Holidays and the London Evening Standard and Daily Mail
Group.
When making your booking with us on our website there is a small
additional "Rentalsystems.com" booking charge of 12 for using this system
and this is what you get for your money!

can make your booking and receive "instant email confirmation" of that booking
which means your holiday is completely secure immediately, something which is
almost unique to this booking system and one of the reasons why we use

confirmation that your payment has been received and accepted which gives peace
